Meet Ken Viale
Based in California’s Wine Country, Ken documents weddings with a refined, story-driven approach rooted in candid emotion and honest connection. Known for his calm presence and intuitive timing, his work is centered on creating beautiful images from real moments - vibrant, fine art photographs that feel as unique as the people in them.
Before specializing in weddings, Ken built a distinguished photographic career documenting iconic musicians and professional sports, including MLB, NFL, NBA, mountain biking, and big-wave surfing at Mavericks. His work has appeared in numerous publications across both the sports and wedding industries, including the cover of Bike Magazine’s 25th Anniversary book honoring the most iconic cycling images of the past 25 years. He was also recognized by Photo District News for excellence in wedding photography. His photographs are held in the permanent collections of both the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame and the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown - an enduring reflection of his lifelong dedication to the craft.

Meet Raquel Viale
Raquel is the steady presence behind so much of what happens at Ken Viale Photography. Working thoughtfully behind the scenes, she helps ensure that every image reflects the signature style of the brand through careful editing, custom album design collaboration, and support with much of the business side.
With years of trusted vendor relationships and collaboration, she is often the eyes and ears of communication - helping ensure every detail is thoughtfully aligned before the photography begins. On occasion, she also makes a wedding-day appearance to assist with photography support, real-time content creation, or simply to help the team during larger celebrations.
Raquel brings a calming, thoughtful energy to the entire experience.

At its core, Ken Viale Photography is a husband-and-wife team built on shared artistry, trust, and care. Married in 2005 - the same year they began the business - Ken and Raquel have blended creativity, intention, and steadfast support into every wedding they serve. Together, they strive to create a process that feels personal, seamless, and genuinely supportive from beginning to end.
